Good ole' "boys" usually operate their business from their HIP pocket... UNTIL smacked on the back-side with a LEGAL surprise that sends them spinning into another orbit.
Too many of us are so busy "draining the swamp" that we never see
the "alligators". Working IN your business rather than working ON the
business. Very few of us can do both jobs well.
Go home and "kick" the cat (just kidding!) but don't expect to get away with bad treatment in dealing with your employees. Good and faithful employees deserve first-rate (kinder and gentler) bosses.
As your "Mom" used to say, there is unrest in the "troops". The
"Natives" are restless. Why? No one understands the benefit.
"What's In It For Me" is always on our mind (WIIFM).
